I loved the octopus and the empanada de rabo! The drinks are very reasonable and they were yummy! The service was fair. They had a flamenco dancer and guitarist. It was very loud so we couldn't have a conversation. They were good but be prepared for the noise.

A cozy, clean establishment. The service was great, but it was a little rushed. The entree arrived while I wasA cozy, clean establishment. The service was great, but it was a little rushed. The entree arrived while I was finishing my soup; I got it. You needed to turn the table for the next customer...but give me a break. I went to relax and celebrate my birthday, not to be rushed out. Overall I will give them a second chance. A compliment to the chef: food was prepared and cooked excellently.

My boss highly recommended this spot so I decided to take the ride out to Hialeah. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly, inside was dimly lit and nice. The food was ok, not great. I would go back and try other items on the menu.

Finally tries this place and we were not disappointed. We've already been back multiple times and it has remained consistently good. On our first visit, we stuck strictly to tapas. Tried everything from the croquetas and tortilla española to the chorizo and patatas bravas, along with a handful more dishes. Everything was phenomenal. On our next visit, my husband had the spanish milanesa and i had abuela's arroz con pollo. Hands down, one of the best arroz con pollos i have ever had (and it's enough to share). Service is always amazing and the prices are great for the quality of food. This is quickly becoming one of our favorite spots. I couldnt recommend it enough.

La Bodeguita is a culinary gem that beautifully marries Latin and Caribbean flavors in a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. As soon as you step inside, the warm colors and rustic decor set the stage for a delightful dining experience, complete with family-style seating that encourages shared plates and lively conversation. The menu is a celebration of bold flavors, but one standout dish is the oxtail empanadas. These golden pockets are a revelation, featuring tender, slow-braised oxtail enveloped in a perfectly flaky crust. Each bite bursts with richness, complemented by a zesty chimichurri that adds a refreshing kick. Adding to the ambiance, live music fills the air, creating an infectious energy that makes you want to sway along with the rhythms. The full bar offers a fantastic selection of cocktails, and the signature mojito is a must-try--refreshing, minty, and just the right amount of sweetness. La Bodeguita isn't just a meal; it's an experience that invites you to savor life's moments with great food, great company, and the perfect soundtrack. It's the kind of place where you'll want to linger, sharing stories and laughter long after the last bite.

Went for a birthday here and i can say that the waiter did an excellent job for the amount of people and such a small space. Decided to have the wine Austin Hope to start a Cabernet which was absolutely smooth and delicious. Then followed with some finger foods. The Empanada of Rabo and the Cod Croquettes were both very delicious and made to perfection. Love that the restaurant had live music to set the mood. Also, parking is limited since it is on the corner of a small shopping center.

Came here for dinner with the family. Nice inside. Intimate. We sat at a high top table. Enough room for everyone. Drinks: I had el agent secreto. It was super strong. Good flavor but pure liquor. Rough and I only had one. Also tasted the Hialeah punch and that was good. We started with charcuterie Table de Serrano y manchego. It says the cheese is manchego, but it did not taste like manchego I've ever tried. But the ham, olives and everything else on the board was tasty. I decided to have tapas. Tostones rellenos w camarón enchilado - the flavor was great. Small little shrimps but it was filling. I also had an oxtail empanada delicious. As well tapa marinera al ajillo it was pretty good. I tried pulpo a la gallega. The octopus didn't taste good. I had 2 bites just to be sure and Nope. My boyfriend had churrasco with sweet potato fries and a Caesar salad. The fries came with a sweet marshmallow dipping sauce. Nice surprise, but a very weird combination with the churrasco. His steak tasted great, flavorful and well cooked. We ended the meal with crème brûlée. It was basic. But good.
